That is why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal information.  This Privacy Statement sets forth the information gathering, use, and dissemination practices of "IDEAS Institute" in connection with the World Wide Web site located at www.IDEASInstitute.org (the "Site").  This Privacy Statement addresses IDEAS Institute’s practices regarding information collected directly through or from the Site. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server usually automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name and e-mail address. The Site's owners have implemented security features that it considers reasonable to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Accordingly, the owners are not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet. IDEAS Insitute Shipping and Return Policies

Return Policy
All sales of personalized and single orders of booklets are final.  All sales of reports or articles in PDF file format are final.  All other material may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date if the product is returned in new, unused condition. 

If your product arrives from us in damaged condition, please call us right away at 440-256-1883.  Thank you.

Shipping Policy

We try our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours.  If you ordered personalized booklets, you will be notified with an anticipated ship date.  Most personalized booklet orders take 2-4 weeks.  Most of our orders are sent through the United States Postal Service.  If you require expedited shipping or a guaranteed delivery date, please call us at 440-256-1883.  We do not ship or process orders on holidays or weekends.
